2025 Sponsorship Form 
 
We are a 501C3 organization based right in Tooele County. Where we invite 
everyone to participate in our local events. We have Youth classes and Open 
classes allowing you to compete in Barrel Racing and Pole Bending. Your sponsor 
will help us with arena rental, insurance, year-end awards, as well as any other 
expenses. We are a Non-Profit 501C3, so you can use this as a tax write off. We 
would appreciate forms returned by March 1 if you’re able.
